Alain Tural is the founder of Pixedi, a UK-based technology company. He works on applied artificial intelligence, automation systems, digital products and production infrastructure. Pixedi develops AI-assisted automation systems, content infrastructure, digital products and interactive 3D experiences.
Tural began his career in design and digital product development. He worked with agencies in Istanbul, produced projects for football clubs in several European countries through Netherlands-based organisations, and later worked as design director at a UK software company, where he led the team and the product process. Over time his focus moved from how products look to how they are built and how they behave. Today his work concentrates on making software, automation and AI systems run dependably under real production conditions. He is less interested in what AI can do on its own than in how it behaves once it becomes part of a real workflow: rather than a system reporting that it succeeded, it should be possible to verify that the expected output was actually produced.
That approach shapes product and system architecture at Pixedi. Tural works on product direction, automation architecture, verification mechanisms and production processes. Systems are judged not only by whether they work technically, but by whether they stay dependable under a deadline, a cost and customer requirements. He also publishes the technical findings, tests, performance comparisons and failure cases that emerge from this work. His current focus is agentic systems, applied AI infrastructure, automation reliability, and running AI-assisted products more dependably in production.
