One day AI will take over everything. Today is not that day.

Alain Tural is a UK-based technology founder working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, digital products and design. He is the founder of Pixedi, where the company builds automation infrastructure, AI-assisted production systems, digital products and interactive 3D experiences.

His role spans product direction and system architecture: he sets the schema, the data flow and the delivery gates before a line of code is written, directs the developers who build against that architecture, and checks the result the way a client will, by whether it holds under a real delivery.

The common thread is reliability. If an automated system reports that a job is done, there should be independent evidence that the expected output actually exists. That principle shapes both what Pixedi ships and what he publishes.

The earlier part of his career was spent across brand, product and digital design: nine years running design for agencies in Istanbul, for football clubs in more than twenty European countries, and as head of design at a UK software company, where he built and led the design team and owned the product interface end to end.

Over time the limiting factor stopped being the interface. A campaign depended on the infrastructure publishing it. A product experience depended on the rendering pipeline behind it. Automated production depended on whether the software could be trusted when nobody was watching. The bottleneck had moved to the system behind the work, so he moved with it.

Design did not stop being useful. It is still how he judges technology: not by whether a component works in isolation, but by whether the finished product survives contact with a user, a customer and a deadline.
